Location: Irvine, CA
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Care Associate to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
• Assist customers with questions, orders, and service requests
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Enter and update customer information in company systems
• Follow up with customers regarding open issues or requests
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Provide a positive and professional experience with every customer interaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
